Limited Warranty

CatchCounter® warrants your product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 90 days from the original date of purchase. If you discover a defect in the product covered by this warranty, we will repair or replace the product or parts at our option.

Exclusions

This warranty covers defects in manufacturing discovered while using this product AS RECOMMENDED by the manufacturer. Read the “USE” instructions included with this product. The warranty does NOT cover loss or theft, damage caused by misuse, abuse, modification, improper storage or cleaning, or natural disasters. There are NO CLAIMS of ACCURACY OF THE COUNT and the responsibility of the product owner/user.

Limits Of Liability

Should the product fail, your sole recourse shall be repair or replacement. We will not be held liable to you or any other party for any damages, physical or monetary, from the failure of this product. Damages excluded include but are not limited to lost profits, lost savings, fines or fees for an over-limit catch, and damage to other equipment—incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this product. We will not be liable for more than the purchase price, not exceeding the product’s current list price, and excluding tax, shipping, and handling charges.

CatchCounter® LLC disclaims any other warranties, express or implied. By installing and using the product, the user accepts all terms herein.

To Obtain Warranty Service

DO NOT RETURN TO THE RETAILER WHERE PURCHASED.

First, contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate way to proceed.
There are two ways to repair the product. (1) we will send repairs and parts to your address, and you will repair the product at no charge. (2) you send the entire product to us, pay postage, and we repair, replace, and return the product to you. Any additional shipping costs, insurance, customs fees or duty will be assumed by the buyer. Please have proof of purchase date.
